GURUDEV OBSERVATORY The Sun Halo ,Helios ring.It is a beautiful celestial event created by refraction/reflection of sun light from hexagonal ice particles in the clouds at height of 5 to 10 KMS .It has been seen that temporarily heavy rainfall / storms or such weather events occurs before or after this ring.The ring was seen in the sky of Lucknow ,UP during de addiction rally by awgp.org at 11:40 AM ,IST , i.e..5:10 UT .
