NASA has ever first observed direct evidence of surface water Ice on the Moon with help of data from Moon Mineralogy Mapper M3. You may be remember that NASA's M3 was aboard the Chandrayan-1 launched by ISRO in 2008.We congratulate the both, ISRO & NASA for this historical achievement.
