Rain Water Harvesting system at Gurudev Observatory,Vadoara,India.

Looking to global warming & its effect on drinking water gurudev observatory has established a rain water harvesting system with help of simple pipes & fittings since 2001 to recharge the bore well situated at premises. This not only helps to recharge the bore of observatory but also helps to recharge many bore wells of neighbors.1200 square feet of terrace with 30 inch annual rain fall would help to serve the drinking water for the family of 6 members for whole the year with help of this system.

It is a must to do system for all having terrace & bore/underground water tank.

गुरुदेव वेधशाला पर वर्षा जल संग्रहण योजना। 

बढ़ रहा ग्लोबल वार्मिंग विश्व में शुद्ध पेयजल की कमी उत्पन्न कर रहा है। इसको ध्यान में रखते हुए गुरुदेव वेधशाला पर 2001 से वर्षा जल संरक्षण,संग्रहण को सिंपल पाइप्स,फिटिंग्स का उपयोग करते हुए सुरु किया गया था। जिससे वेधशाला के बोर को रिचार्ज किया जाता है। यह केवल ना वेधशाला के बोर को आस पास के कई बोर को भी रिचार्ज कर देता है। 30 इंच वर्षा अगर 1200 स्केवर फीट में गिरती है तो उसका सरंक्षण करने पर वह ६ लोगो के लिए वर्ष भर का पानी संगृहीत कर देता है। इस पद्धति से भूमिगत टंकी भी भरी जा सकती है। सुरु के दो या तीन बरसात को जाने के बाद जल का संग्रहण करना चाहिए। इसके साथ इसके कुछ चित्र और वीडियो है। आप भी इस अभियान का हिस्सा बनकर प्रकृति को पुनर्जीवित करे।
